Do you already have to be fit to join the classes?

A.

Classes are designed for any age and fitness level, you just work at your own pace.

Q?

When are your staffed times?

A.

We are staffed Monday to Thursday 9-2pm and 4-7pm, Fridays 9-2pm and , 9-12 Saturdays and we are not staffed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Will I be safe working out there while the gym is not staffed?

A.

Absolutely. There is very strict security in place with multiple cameras and personal emergency devices you can have with you while working out alone.

Can I lend my key tag to my friend who wants to try it out?

A.

No your key tag is yours and yours alone if your friend wants to try it out then they come during staffed hours to arrange a trial or casual visits.

Are there age restrictions for memberships?

A.

Members have to be at least 16yrs to join and if they are under the age of 18 then a parent or guardian needs to sign for them.

What do I wear for working out?

A.

You wear whatever you are comfortable working out in and make sure you have appropriate gym footwear.

Can I try out the gym before I take out a membership?

A.

No problem we can give you a free pass so you can give it a try first.

I’ve never been to a gym before, how will I know where to start?

A.

Don’t worry you will be shown around when you come in and we have Personal Trainers who can assist you.
