Our group fitness classes consist of indoor CIRCUIT, mix body weight exercises with interval & strength training incorporating cardio, and BOXING with fun, high intensity, fat blasting, mood lifting and aggression busting sessions as well as CORE, HIIT and STRENGTH & FITNESS classes.
