Holly Little – Director & Personal Trainer
Holly has a passion for fitness and helping people improve their overall health and wellbeing.
She has been a Remedial therapist for over ten years and teams that with Personal Training.
She has always been involved in fitness in some way from Cross Country running in high school, to Netball, to Martial Arts, Weight Training and recreational Trail running.
She believes that no matter what your fitness level or age you can achieve your goals it’s really just up to you and what you put into it because as she says:
‘We all start off at the same place but where you end up is up to you.’
