BOOTCAMP

**WARNING** – these are not boring cardio workouts!!

 

Our indoor Bootcamps mix body weight exercises with interval training and strength training incorporating all the good stuff for cardio, strength and agility. They are a great way of increasing your overall fitness and a good way of pushing yourself out of your comfort zone and stepping up to the next level to burn some serious calories.

Our classes are fun and addictive and are for any age and fitness level.

 

There are many other benefits of a fitness boot camp, which includes mental health. Regular aerobic exercise can help to reduce high blood pressurehypertension and combat stress. Part of this is due to the release of endorphins, which act as a mood elevator so improve your outlook on life and come in to one of our classes.

 

BOXING/PUNCHFIT

Punchfit classes are a brilliant workout for both men and women of all ages and fitness levels and it is a fun, high intensity, fat blasting, mood lifting, aggression busting session!

Work at your own pace and get the results you desire from your training.

Be prepared to work every muscle as it’s a complete workout for your cardiovascular and endurance systems as well as training upper body, lower body and core strength.
